Rylan Michael Ross was born still on July 2, 2008 at 10:41 pm. The only thing that kept him alive for 44 minutes was his tiny heart beating in his tiny chest. He passed away in his daddy's arms at 11:25 pm. Rylan was a planned baby that took 8 years to conceive. On March 31, 2008 we found out we were pregnant. The short time that I carried him (16 weeks and 6 days) were the best weeks of my life. Even though I had many complications, God graced me with little Rylan. I began to feel him move at around 10 weeks ~ something that is very rare in a pregnancy and even though God took our little angel to be with Him in Heaven, he gave us 44 minutes to hold our little angel.
Rylan will be missed every day for the rest of our lifes. There isn't a day that goes by that I do not think of him and shed a tear for his absence in our life.
Thank you God for giving us our little angel, for because of him I have learned so much and felt so much.

I heard you crying yesterday,
And felt your heart-sent love.
So I’m sending you this message
Now, from Heaven up above.
You’re wondering if I’ll celebrate
My birthday (way up here).
I know you’re missing me today
I feel your essence near.
God planned a special day for me,
He told me with a wink.
He’d ordered me a special cake
(It’s Angel food, I think).
Balloons will fill the streets for me,
They float up through the clouds.
And we have lots of friends up here
That make us laugh out loud.
There is a birthday carousel,
Jewelled horses ride the wind,
With music playing, oh so sweet…
The magic never ends.
I’ve made so many friends, you see
We laugh and play and sing.
We ride our bikes and play the fool
And sleep in Angel’s wings.
But we don’t blow out our candles here

im so so sorry for your loss. i lost my son at 15 weeks and i never got to feel him kick. i only got 3 minutes with mine and even at that he had died before the nurse gave him to me. he was a beautiful baby xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
